Katherine Shieh, Chief Executive Officer and Chairwomen
Currently one of the top venture capitalists in the Chinese Community in Los Angeles, Katherine Shieh began her telecommunications career in 1992 as CEO of La Tiae Inc, a regional sales agency for MCI Long Distance Services. Between 1993 and 1996, La Tiae was ranked as one of the top 3 sales agencies for MCI's Commercial department, and later earned the distinction as one of MCI's top agencies in the nation. In 1997, Ms. Shieh was contracted by Quest Communications to promote their international products, and by 1998, she was recognized as one of the top 2 Master Agents in the nation.

Ms. Shieh then founded ICON Network, a global networking company, to continue promoting Qwest Communications products in the international market. Employing Ms. Shieh's vision to adapt to rapidly changing technological advances, ICON Network evolved into a full-service internet business consulting firm, utilizing novel technologies to help clients design and deploy strategic solutions to conduct business over the internet.

Gerald Berman, MD, Co-Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Gerald Berman: Pre-med undergraduate studies from UCLA; MD cum laude from UCLA Medical School; radiology residency at UCLA; instructor Brooke Army Medical Center (5th Army), and currently Director of Digital Radiography and Body Imaging at Antelope Valley Hospital. Co-founder of StructuRad and instrumental in the development of structured radiology reporting.

Richard N. Gray, MD, Co-Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Richard N Gray: B.S. summa cum laude from University of San Francisco; Harvard Medical School national scholar; Harvard-MIT MD-Ph.D. fellowship; Neuroradiology CAQ specialty qualified; Associate professor of Radiology, USC; and currently, Director of Neuroradiology and MRI at Olympia Hospital Medical Center. Co-founder of StructuRad and instrumental in the development of structured radiology reporting.

Marketing & Sales: Bill Tulloss
Bill's diverse background includes over 30 years of high technology marketing, sales, account management, business affairs and operations executive experience. He has served as VP Marketing and Sales, VP Marketing, Sr. Director of Sales, VP Corporate Development and Business Affairs as well as CIO. He has created and executed successful sales and marketing strategies for enterprise software, Internet, and security related products. He has held management positions at Guidance Software, CADAM, IBM, Legent (now Computer Associates), and Interstate Electronics. He holds a BS in QBA, and MBA from the University of Southern California and a JD from La Verne University School of Law.

Director of Sales: John Endo
John is responsible for the management of StructuRad’s sales department and strategies, managing customer acquisitions and ensuring customer success. John has over 20 years of sales experience in field sales and sales management. John started his career with Gestetner Corporation selling reprographic equipment and managing their San Diego branch office. John then worked with a division of IBM Education successfully marketing software training services and solutions to Fortune 500 companies in Los Angeles. Most recently he led the sales efforts of a Gold Certified Microsoft Solutions Provider implementing Dynamics CRM. He holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Cal State University Long Beach.

Director of Business Development: Randy Yamauchi
Randy Yamauchi currently serves as Director of Business Development for StructuRad, LLC. Mr Yamauchi's responsibilities include the development of mutually beneficial business relationships within the medical industry. He has been instrumental in initiating and securing key business partnerships producing sales within the United States as well as foreign ventures. Mr. Yamauchi brings with him more then 25 years of sales and operational experience. Prior to joining StructuRad, LLC, Mr. Yamauchi worked with such companies as CBS Television, DHL Airways, International Paper, Kimberly Clark, 3M, Compulink Business Systems Inc. and Nationwide Medical, Inc. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business and Physical Science Education from the University of California Northridge. Randy currently resides in Bell Canyon, California and work out of the headquarters offices located in Encino, California.
