PowerScribe with StructuRad's RadBoost™ Macro Library add-on
StructuRad's RadBoost Macro Library is an add-on product designed to enhance
the productivity of new and experienced Dictaphone PowerScribe users. By leveraging
a macro library of normal and abnormal macro report templates, PowerScribe
users can create reports even more quickly by speaking fewer words. The macro library
with fill-in editing is a convenient user interface that speeds up the reporting process
and reduces errors. Having a standardized macro library improves report quality and
consistency throughout an enterprise.
Most Dictaphone PowerScribe users have found that using report templates and short cuts
enhances productivity. The creation of an extensive macro template library by a user to
cover most reporting modalities is a large task requiring significant planning and effort.
This RadBoost add-on is specifically designed for PowerScribe
so that users can quickly create reports from a rich set of normal and abnormal templates without the
rigor of having to create their own set of macros.
The PowerScribe StructuRad library of normal and abnormal report templates is derived from
StructuRad's proprietary radiology knowledge base. The macro library of report templates
has been created to utilize PowerScribe voice edit features and will permit PowerScribe users
to create reports by calling a macro and making simple edits. With StructuRad macro library
content users immediately have available a complete set of normal and abnormal reporting templates
that is an extension to PowerScribe's timesaving standard text block feature.
